Quality Check Preparation
Ensure the apparel is in its original condition, unwashed, and with all brand tags and packaging intact for a successful inspection.
Schedule Pickup
Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 24-48 hours to collect the package at no extra cost.
Refund or Exchange Processing
After the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality control, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or your exchange item will be shipped.
